During some limited sessions we were able to change perspectives to help with Philips imposter syndrome, and put in place time management tools to address the action plan we put together.

Gabco is a small company specialising in industrial waterproofing and flooring, their small team had been working together for years, but had recently noticed that motivation and productivity was down. Together we built an environment of psychological safety to allow the team to act with courage which uncovered repeatable and actionable tasks to reinvigorate their team.
Transformative Coaching
This 3 month program will help you change the way you view your world.​ Once you change the way you view your world you will begin to do things differently. We deep dive into understand your 'why', discovering and improving strengths and weaknesses. We ultimately build rolling action plans to incrementally improve and drive toward your goals.
Nacey was not in a great place, her relationships were suffering and she wasn't performing well at work, with resulted in fewer opportunities. When we first met Nacey wanted to be a coach, we deep dived into her 'why'. During the 3 months we focused on changing her perception of the world, improving relationships, changing the way she viewed her current role and putting tools in place to help her excel at being recognised at work! Nacey now has a new job in a more senior position and has started a business following her passion of fashion.
