Why I'm passionate about coaching

As a former refugee and a Rotarian, my passion is to mentor and coach youth, vulnerable women and new migrants by inspiring them to use their cultural strengths and navigate through the cultural norms of the corporate world. I work closely with the community in groups and as individuals, to uplift their skills In building their careers.

I have superior understanding in customer lifecycle, understanding my customer needs, which enables me to design a tailor-made solution to suit their needs. My ability to build strong trusting relationships both external and internal with stakeholders and influencing skills allows me to inspire professionals, to a level where they are capable and confident to deliver excellence in customer service and ensures their depth of knowledge in Risk and Compliance.

I am, dynamic, passionate and charismatic person and enjoy building strong relationships with everyone and I celebrate the successes of my peers. I work with integrity and do my best to derive the best outcome for our customers and shareholders.
