I am inclusive leader, who is passionate about growth mindset, learning and helping people get motivated in achieving their best and getting the best possible outcomes for their customers in my career as a Learning and Development and Banking professional over 24 years of experience.

As a former refugee and a Rotarian, my passion is to mentor and coach youth, vulnerable women and new migrants by inspiring them to use their cultural strengths and navigate through the cultural norms of the corporate world. I work closely with the community in groups and as individuals, to uplift their skills In building their careers.

I thrive in my team’s success and celebrate Diversity of working and thinking. I support multiple teams throughout the project life cycle and have successfully navigated through by collaboratively solutioning complex and complicated issues arising from regulatory changes and Target Operating Model initiatives.
